PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA DALAM KONTEKS MULTI BUDAYA

Abstract

The multidimensional crisis has become a serious challenge for the Indonesian nation, and bring to us how our education system that we have conducted during years have not been able to form strong personals and develop creative thinking to solve various problems. To anticipate an era of globalization with various ethnic and cultural characteristics, we need some grounded and realistic direction and education policy that can be implemented in schools. The unprepared and inadequate implementation of a decentralized system of education today is caused by the central and local authorities are not in ideal way. We need to structurizing organizational systems, management, financial resources, and so on.Tasks of education is to help people towards Indonesian new society that come to light, democratic, and civilized which include (1) education of personality, (2) civic education, and (3) intellectual education. Therefore, the school's role in reconstructing the society can be realized in a variety of value systems that already exist in the community with its local advantages that can be brought near and developed in learning at school with a strategy of structural, cultural, and social mobility.
