PERGESERAN NILAI-NILAI BUDAYA POKADULU PADA MASYARAKAT MUNA DI DESA LANGKU-LANGKU KECAMATAN TIWORO TENGAH KABUPATEN MUNA BARAT

Budaya pokadulu merupakan kegiatan masyarakat dalam bekerja untuk saling membantu satu sama lain yang dilakukan secara bergilir dan bergotong-royong. Konsep Pokadulu selalu ditanamkan dalam diri setiap individu mulai dari generasi muda samapai dengan orang tua.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk pokadulu pada masyarakat Muna di Desa Langku-Langku Kecamatan Tiworo Tengah Kabupaten Muna Barat dan Mendeskripsikan atau mengetahui pergeseran nilai-nilai budaya pokadulu pada masyarakat Muna di Desa Langku-Langku Kecamatan Tiworo Tengah Kabupaten Muna Barat. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori evolusioner oleh Talcott Parsons Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tiga cara trigulasi yakni melakukan pengamatan terlibat langsung dilapangan, wawancara terhadap informan dan catatan lapangan untuk memperoleh data sebanyak-banyaknya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan,bentuk-bentuk pokadulu terdapat tiga macam yaitu pokadulu dalam pesta perkawinan, pokadulu dalam kegiatan pertanian, dan pokadulu dalam kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan. Yang memiliki enam (6) nilai-nilai positif (1) nilai kebersamaan, (2) nilai persatuan, (3) nilai tolong menolong, (4) nilai sosialisasi dan (5) nilai rela berkorban. Yang keseluruhan berubah dan bergeser akibat dua faktor yakni (1) faktor teknologi yang semakin berkembang dan (2) faktor ekonomi.
