This study aims to describe local wisdom of traditional weaving as a potency of creative tourism in Katukobari Village. The research method used in this study was a qualitative method. The data collection techniques used in this study was interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that society of Katukobari Village had a tourist attraction in the cultural sector through traditional weaving of creative tourism. Traditional weaving craftsman in Katukobari
Village since the beginning of their development had passed much of experiences started from the natural dyeing process of yarn to the present day using fabric yarn. However, the stretching on the market development and the emergence of the world on tourism aroused the awareness of craftsmen to create various woven motifs. To advanceing creative tourism, there were three steps of development strategy, namely educational strategy, economic strategy and socio-cultural strategy.
