Open Access Policy
Cakrawala Listra is committed to promoting open access to scholarly research to ensure the widest possible dissemination of knowledge in the fields of Indonesian linguistics, literature, and culture. As an open access journal, all articles published in Cakrawala Listra are freely accessible to the public immediately upon publication, without subscription fees or access barriers.
We adhere to the principles of open access as defined by the Budapest Open Access Initiative, ensuring that users can read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles for any lawful purpose, provided proper attribution is given to the author(s) and the journal. All published content is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), allowing users to share and adapt the material as long as appropriate credit is provided, a link to the license is included, and any changes are indicated.
To support the open access model, Cakrawala Listra charges authors an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the costs of publication, including peer review management, editing, typesetting, and hosting. The APC is only applicable upon acceptance of the manuscript for publication. Authors are encouraged to consult their institutions, funding agencies, or other resources to cover these costs. For detailed information on the APC, please refer to the Author Guidelines page or contact the editorial office.
By providing open access, Cakrawala Listra aims to foster global academic collaboration, support the preservation and advancement of Indonesian linguistic, literary, and cultural heritage, and make scholarly knowledge accessible to a diverse audience, including researchers, educators, students, and the general public.
